"My husband and I recently used the services of Hitchens Blue Mountains Removalists and would highly recommend their services to anyone moving house. Moving during covid restrictions was always going to be an added stress of being in lockdown and wondering if we could move or not but the lovely office staff were regularly touching base with us to reassure what was happening for their company regarding restrictions. The office staff made sure I had all covid documentation and protocols for protection and safety during travel and moving and the removalists were from secure zones that could move us safely. The 3 removalist themselves were outstanding gentlemen in the care of our property, packing and blanketing all furnishings to prevent chipping or scratching. I was so thrilled to know all of my belongings were strapped and secure and arrived at our new location without incident. Our whole experience from quoting, booking the move and finalisation of the move was done with the highest of professionalism and respect for us as their client.
