"The girl at the counter was very rude with me, i have a product which i bought from another store i presented the recipet for the same she asked me 3 times from where i have bought the product. I don't remember her name but she is very bulky and has blonde hairs. She was eating something while serving me, and few of its pieces dropped out of her mouth. Does this thing looks professional."
"First a girl literally asked me to look for the perfume by myself on the otherside of the chemist. Waited 15 mins to get in hold of someone and finally when i got one, they took another good 15 mins to tell me the perfume is not available even though in the website its showing available. Not going back again there. 24/07/2023 at 4.30 PM."
"Your security guard needs to chill. I couldn’t even shop around for 2 seconds without seeing your security guard lurking around the corner to see if I was stealing. I was in my scrub uniform but I still look like a thief apparently. I was going to buy more than $50 worth of things but ended up putting it back because of how uncomfortable I felt. Went to Woolies instead. 12:30pm Tuesday 4th July."
"Shopped here today and security guard was super accusatory of stealing. No idea why. I was just looking around while waiting for a script. He kept following me and asked me questions in an accusatory way. Even once I left the store, he even called me back, despite having no reason for stealing and showing him my purchases… Made me very intimidated and uncomfortable and won’t come back here."
"Small branch so it's quite compact. It's stocked pretty well considering the size. There's an escalator for entry and exit from Swanston St (which gets covered when store is closed), and steps only using Collins St entry, so use Swanston St entry if you don't want to step on some old food or smell human urine. The cold and flu meds are still in an isle in this store, as of 30/12/22 (compared to other branches nearby who have now stocked them behind pharmacists counter) so you don't have to queue behind the prescription line. No accessible entry into this store."
