I stupidly thought I had booked one date and arrived on time for my appt for the flu shot, only to realise I had booked it for the following week (when I didn't have a day off!). They were totally sympathetic and very kindly accommodated me on the spot (much appreciated after a trek across the city on a freezing Melbourne day!). There is a young man who works here named Ryan - he is an ABSOLUTE delight - it's not often you're served by extraordinarily polite, conscientious and genuinely pleasant humans in retail, but he is one of them.
