"I really needed insulin for myself, but due to the current situation & backlog, I was told by another pharmacy that I may have had to wait weeks until I could get some. My mum went into Ramsay Pharmacy today on a chance and, thankfully, they had what I need, however, my script was being kept at the other pharmacy. The team of people on the floor and at the dispensary (one of whom we believe is named Marco) did much more than we could have ever asked for, and actively communicated and coordinated with the other pharmacy to try and get my prescription filled, which they did by the middle of the day. The whole team were so helpful, efficient, considerate & friendly, and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us with what we needed today. Thank you!"
