"Only for masochists. If you want a nightmare experience then use kitchen connection. The worst: Project managers ignoring your requests and always changing the deadlines on the day or after nobody shows up. Also, PMs are disrespectful, defensive and unprofessional. Never apologise for their mistakes. Sales people lying to you, what you order and pay for is not what you get. They don't understand maths/can't take measurements and do not have product knowledge. They try, you pay for their mistakes with money, wasted time, never met expectations. Timeframes blowing up from 5 to 25 weeks. Final measurements are wrong and when your kitchen arrives it is all wrong, so you wait extra 2-3 weeks extra for each small correction. Again and again and again. You buy expensive sink/rangehood/microwave/fridge/cooktop because they measure and say it is ok. Then you have to return it and buy something else, because they can't install it or it doesn't fit. Good luck with stock availability, restocking fees, etc. In the end you will be getting something you don't like, but there is no choice if you want to finish your project within 3-6 months. You will not get what you want, order and pay for. It will be something else, worse, and more expensive. You pay $$$$ then kitchen connection converts it to $ materials and sub-par service."

"Stressful and disappointing Be prepared to project manage yourself. - project manager will not help you. You will be ignored. They will tell you to pay before the job is complete. Don’t do that! - make sure you only pay once the job is complete. That goes for kitchen connection and the trades. - be prepared for the delays, so put in delay compensation in your contract. We had 3months delay - trade damaged our range hood and removed it from site to have it fixed by a mate and did not inform us. If he installed it, we would void warranty. - for the price and stress it’s not worth it!"

"Not happy at all, wrong measurements after thee attempts , they didn’t take any responsibility for their mistakes, hide behind so called kitchen plan, be aware of payments part, for Final payment they will tell you orally, you can make payment after completion of kitchen, but when the time came they won’t release the kitchen part till you made final payments.Please make sure the contract you will sign is mentioned that final payment is after they job is completed"

"Great kitchen but poor service and care. All sub-contractors they use don't want to know about who were over budget and over time (by triple amount of time expected). Lots of talk and no follow through or care. Would look at other kitchen companies as these guys don't care about the clients at the end of the day - a million issues that KC deny they are responsible for. When you spend $50K plus on a kitchen a little customer service goes a long way. Shame"
