"Lovely products, but poor customer service. We received a damage lampshade and were told a replacement would arrive. Then we were advised ''reshape the lampshade...this can happen but the lampshade should go back into the usual shape.'' We declined this option. The lampshade was eventually replaced, but with poor communication and excuses. I understand COVID has caused issues for us all, but it should not be a justification for rudeness and placing suppliers over customers."

After visiting several design showrooms across the eastern suburbs and receiving terrible service, I had almost given up entirely...and then I met Claire (Luumo's director)! She was an absolute breath of fresh air! As soon as I reached out online she called and asked very considerate questions about my overall vision and intended utility of the space I was creating, which was a medical clinic and working space with an emphasis on compassion and biophilic design. After being rudely turned down by many stockists of Muuto, Claire instantly reached out to her contact at Muuto and was able to order ALL the pieces I was looking for! She even made the effort to physically come to site many times, to assist me in choosing rugs, soft furnishings and even paint colours! I genuinely could not have done it without her.
