"We like the look of chairs, but one of the six chairs missing the screw set, we cannot really use this chair at all, since we cannot attach the legs to the chair. Not too sure how come the screw set was not packed in, which never happened to cheaper Ikea stuff. The action of resolving this issue is not quick. Still waiting to see whether the screw set can be delivered or a new full set chair will be delivered."

Think carefully before placing an order with them; their customer service attitude is extremely bad, and they are unwilling to help resolve issues."

"I bought a Koala lounge. I was surprised when it was delivered within a few days and included all of the cushions shown in the display photo. I have access issues, and usually deliveries are left on the street and it's then my problem to get it to the house, but the drivers were great. They loaded it into my car and then carried it down 40 stairs for me! I've been very impressed with Koala Living!"
