"I recently purchased a lounge from Amy. i initially thought she was nice to deal with asking her multiple question about the couch soon to have answers, that was until i got home and realised the couch that i purchased was in fact not at all the measurements she gave me aswell, i specifically asked if this lounge was good for a family, which see said yes it is far to small, i then decided to dig a little deeper, finding out that not only was it false advertised as a "4 seat chase" / it was infact a 3 seater with an ottomon added. The material is cheap its rubbished nothing lines up, the screws were not tightened correctly, i then contacted her directly asking for a refund because i was mislead in my purchase as these measurements were not at all what she gave me infact over 14cm difference, first time purchasing a brand new lounge and we felt like we were taken advantage of. extremely dissapointed. i then tried to contact her personal account to resolve the issue she had no interest in helping resolve this but to also change the original post to cover her mistakes. Unfortunatly when i contacted her personal account, which she contact me through i noticed she was bad mouthing customers that had also purchased from her, which i think is looked down upon from a professional stand point, i will not be dealing with these people again, please don't make the same mistake us us and trusting in this company."
