"The worst experience with a company I have ever come across to. The entire experience from the purchase, delivery and customer service was absolutely awful. Arrogant and irresponsible delivery guys refused delivery and dumped the couch in carpark, which we found it has broken and damaged. After non sense responses from the customer service and management team to our complaint calls, they booked us a technician to inspect the broken sofa in 18 days time! Still awaiting to proceed with the refund."

"Worst experience ever. Team is playing games with us on the name of area manager. Delivery person didn’t deliver the product on the scheduled day. But later when we following up for the delivery they are asking us to pay double delivery charges. Its been over two weeks we haven’t got our product which is quite expensive. Still waiting to get it. We have spent money on the product. This money may not be anything for nick scali but matters for the buyer. Nick Scali needs to understand this from the customer point of view. When we call the showroom they are not taking any responsibility for the delivery of the product. Will never ever recommend anyone. Very rude team. No professionalism."
