"No star at all! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT MARSDEN PARK. On May 27, we bought seats from them and we’re told that it will arrive in a month’s time. We waited for a month but nothing came. We called the shop. A lady said, we need to talk to the manager. We were told to wait for another week to know the E.T.A.. After a week, we rang the shop and a lady said that we have to wait till November. If only we know we need to wait for six months for our order, we should’ve gone to a different shop. The lady was even rude saying that we can go find another store if we want, instead of apologising for their very poor service. Imagine waiting from May-November. This is ridiculous."
"Recently bought a sofa from them. Once it was delivered, noticed stain on it. Upon further investigation, I found out that they sold a used sofa to me with stain. They must have very bad quality control procedures where a stained sofa is sold to a customer. Very dissatisfied with the purchase and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy any furniture from them :("
