"Bought a queen futon mattress from them , purchase was easy , product seemed to look good but didn't see 6 months . Stitching came loose and broke in some places , filling became unstable. Upon contacting the company, it took over a month to resolve and not to my satisfaction ,which forced us to purchase another mattress . If looking for temporary or spare room it's ok but don't recommend for everyday use."
