"Very poor customer service. Lost item from first order & only replacement offered was floor stock with no offer for reduced price. Had to fight for that. Was told by 3 different people 3 different stories. Hasn’t arrived yet, been damaged in flooded warehouse & then just couldn’t find it after showing it disappeared off the system. Charged for delivery twice when it was their error to begin with. Waiting 4 months for replacement of damaged stock. No communication & rude arrogant response when you finally get someone. Nice furniture but the staff are atrocious to deal with."
"very poor quality and also customer care Do not buy from them as their products has very poor quality, I bout dining set and after 1 year 3 of dining Charis torn apart, I had purchased also a separate warrantee for it which they reject to fix it due to their business problem during Covid! however they still sell Warrantee to new customer! I sent email month and month several time and they still keep ignoring me! do not waste your money on Ashley product and also their Warrantee!"
"We purchased a lot of the bolanburg range for our lounge and dining room. We are terribly disappointed in the quality of the furniture. Our furniture isn’t 12 months old yet and already the tops of both dining table and coffee table are peeling/chipping. They have been repaired through warranty and no sooner was that done both tables have started to peel in different places! Our furniture is under warranty until June 2023 and we have been told Ashley furniture will not repair the peeling table tops again and that the damage is wear and tear!! Never ever again will I purchase from Ashley furniture. Worst quality furniture we have ever purchased and DO NOT and will never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone."
"DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time ?! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic."
