"I purchased a sheet of clear acrylic to be used on a laser. The person originally serving me had no idea about what i was after so when i got to the counter i asked someone else "is this suitable for laser cutting" and got the response "that's how they cut it". Turns out that' s not how they cut it. It melted when being engraved and cut. The same settings were used on another piece with no issue. Very disappointing when you ask advise and get the wrong answer. Waste of time and money"
"I called up & got a quote on two squares of foam I needed for a project. They said $35 per square, so I drove all the way there (I don't live nearby) but when I arrived they said $350 per square. Crazy that they were off by a factor of 10. I left empty handed, annoyed that I wasted my time & petrol going there based on an innacurate quote. I guess they thought there was a decimal point when there wasn't one. I don't know."

"I bought 2.4m of 3.5mm rubber mat for $285 which they cut 50mm too short and would not change it for the correct length that I paid for. I am very upset as it is too short for my job, not good. I bought the correct size of 2.4m somewhere else. You cant even get what you pay for nowadays."
