"Great greeting and served the entrees in good time. Main meals were tasty and appealing. However, after that, everything slowed right down. To order more drinks or desserts, we had to go to the cashier area, and even then, we were given the hang on gesture. Maybe a one-off occurrence, hopefully. In all , it's a good restaurant."
"You know you're in for a bad exerience when you are made to stand around for a couple of minutes upon arrival without so much as a greeting or any help in being seated. What's worse is that the ushers/waiters stared into my soul and still refused to utter their most measly, pathetic salutation. Also don't ask for wifi; dude with an attitude was seriously reluctant to give out the password. With respect to the food, the plates were dirty. It took 15 mins to bring some water out. Food was horrendous and old. Hummus is egregiously bad and deserves a special mention in the worst way possible. Botched our order and tried to charge us for food which was never served. Criminal service."
"Amazing food and service, highly recommended is the bizri platter, fava beans platter, fattouch and mixed grille, of course with an almaza beer to wash it down, 10/10"
"The food was some of the best Middle Eastern I’ve ever had"
"I have been there before they are a bit pricy. This evenings services was sub standard. The table, plate and cutlery were covered in dust. The music was very loud like a night club. People had to be louder so they can hear each other. The food we asked for everything to come out together. We received one plate at a time and they forgot one of the main meals. We were about to leave when they heard us saying:”guess no fish”. The waitress run to the kitchen and brought it out. We asked for some water twice before it came out even then we were charged for the tap water 2 x water = $12. Next time I’ll just order another beer.. The dishes were chipped so was the wine glass. The salad used as a garnish on the grilled Halumi was old. We did like the food however there is a lot of room for improvements. It could also be due to the fact that it was busy Friday night post covid so I kind of did expect the quality of service to drop in general as there are way too many customers... the prices does not justify the service as it was quite expensive for the level of service... I will try them again in the future as in the past they been good to check if this was coincidental, I will then review this and change my comments if necessary..."
