We operate on a flexible schedule to cater to our community's needs. From Mondays to Thursdays, we are open from 9am to 11pm. On Fridays, our operating hours are from 9am to 3pm and then from 4pm to 1am. Saturdays and Sundays see us open from 8am to 3pm, with a break from 3pm to 4pm on Sundays. We are also open on school holidays and most public holidays, although we are closed between December 23, 2021, and January 3, 2022, inclusive.

For the convenience and peace of mind of our customers, we require a refundable damage deposit for both casual and permanent hires. For events that are deemed high risk by our Community Facilities Management, such as adult functions, weddings, and Christmas parties, an additional bond is required. In such cases, a compulsory facility static guard will also be provided for the last four hours of the event.

In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, please note that an administration fee may apply. The fee is waived for rescheduling within five working days per booking for the first occurrence. However, a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 28 days from the date of the booking.
