"I brought a jacket for my freinds birthday but it was too big, so I tried to return it but was told by a staff member that they don't do returns, she then told me to tap or insert my card where I was then told I'd have to wait 2 days for refunds, I then went and spoke to the manager who was extremely nice and straight away organised to give me another jacket which was more expensive for the same price as the original, top marks for the manager at this Westfield's eastgardens store, I highly recommend shopping here as they bend over backwards to help the customer and prices are good"
