"Worst big W ever, avoid it at all cost. They never have anything in stock, and all the old staff are rude and unfriendly. The managers with the eyes that don’t work do not care about the store at all. The manager of the store is ignorant and rude and deserves to not be a manager at all, both of them the one with the glasses and shaky eyes!"
"First time I've been here to Big W Plumpton a good visit, still have lots of products to look at. Tried on some work cargo pants perfect size and everything except they didn't have belt loops to keep my pants up, they were a great price as well. I got a few things and headed for the front to pay, most prices are reasonable and staff if you can find them, are good to deal with and know were all things are.
