Chrissy the centre manager is also the most amazing person! She has dealt with my enrolment and made it a very smooth process for me and my daughter. "Poor customer service. I paid $200 as a bond to secure a spot for my daughter at Papilio Belrose. Later, I asked them to cancel the enrollment as my circumstances changed. Also, I heard from other parents that they have high educator turnover. They asked me to submit a refund form for the bond. However, after so many back-and-forth calls/emails with them for three months, they told me their centre manager, who promised me via email that the bond should be refunded, had left the centre. Then they told me the $200 bond was the administration fee and couldn't be refunded. No one at Papilio Belrose mentioned that the bond is the administration fee and that it won't get refunded, and there were no terms about that — poor management and communication."
"The team at Papilio Belrose do such an amazing job. They were so caring and made sure my daughter was welcomed and settled in when she first started. She had trust in them straight away because of their caring and positive attitudes. My daughter loves her days there, she loves the educators, her friends and the activities. I can see from the photos she is engaged and learning from the play and experiences they provide. They are also very responsive, friendly and professional with me, I’m so happy we found them!"
