"Cherry Bridge Austral is the worst daycare centre in Sydney. Lack of trained staff, uneducated directors and supervisors. If I could rate zero I would. Children left wearing singlets and no clothes. Children wearing different socks and shoes and drinking from other kids drink bottles. Staff ringing me to give them strategies of what to teach in the classroom. The supervisors telling me directly that they are under stress and disagree with what is happening in the centre. A particular staff member couldn't even write a clear sentence of what the children are doing in class on the app portfolio. Didn't make sense! And these are the faces and teachers of our children. They encourage boys to wear dresses. Requested a meeting with teachers and supervisors, but refused meeting as they were not educated to run it. Before the new handover happened, a child was hit in the centre by a teacher and was never reported. Requested surveillance cameras and there excuse was that it was turned off. I believe Cherry Bridge was on the news last year about children being mistreated. This place is unsafe for children and would not recommend your child to come here. Most recently a particular staff member said " it is not my duty of care to watch your child" Well what are you running the centre for then? This centre doesnt not reflect any of the EYLF guidelines or practices and educators. Unhygienic centre! Dirty toilets! For how much is paid each day, my son was always hungry and Said there wasn't much food! Water bottles were never filled up. I am so glad my child is out of the centre! I will make sure everyone in this area doesn't enrol their child in this pathetic childcare centre! If any person who wishes to enrol their child at this centre dm me and can tell you alot more! Rubbish of a centre!"

"My daughter has been attending Cherry Bridge Station since the centre opened last year. Facilities are new & clean. The staff are attentive & caring. Plenty of space to play & learn inside & out. Daughter loves the special incursions & celebration days like Halloween & Christmas get-together's. Plenty of parking which means easy pick up & drop offs!!!"

"Futhee more i would like to add that since the phone call where i yelled at the center director, i have not been in contact with CBS, i also have email stating it was me telling the centre not to contact me and someone else would arrange for my sons belongings to be collected due to the damage done to my emotional state by Kelly the centre director. I have been cleared from the centers false allegations and the appropriate authorities laughed at the pettyness of the situation. I will accept your apology in writing, after i have completed my paperwork to the appropriate people. How does this have anything to do with race or religion? _______________________________________ While latisha was running the center, i could not fault it. It's facilities are next to perfection the way they delt with the children amazing, i could not fault it. Since the new fresh out of school teenager starts running the center, the care for families is not on her priority list. Having an untrained, un empathetic, intitled brat running a center will sadly be it's undoing. Head office has not been helpful in the process at all and i am seeking legal advice against the center as i am not the only parent who has had issues. Since my son will no longer be there i hope no other family have to deal with what we have because of our experience there. Kelly escalated a situation, was quite rude and un understanding, which ended in her being threatened and then false allegations of child abuse. No child or family was threatened. The center has just made a major mistake and it's easier to make it look like the clients fault instead of admitting an up tight little girl doesn't know anything about what she is doing"

"My son started a few weeks ago. I am super impressed with the staff and the way in which the centre is run. I highly appreciate the diverse range of activities my son is being exposed to and the communication through their app allows parents to have some incite into the day in real time. A Clean, friendly and quality child care facility we will be a part of for many years to come."
