Exciting news! Kooloora Community Centre has recently received funding for the renovation of our main hall toilets. We are thrilled to announce that the renovation is now complete, resulting in fully renovated, modern facilities. These toilets are utilized by hundreds of visitors each week, and we are proud to offer this much-needed improvement to our facility. The renovation was even acknowledged by the Mayor!

We would like to extend an invitation to a local community services afternoon tea, hosted by Matt Thistletwaite and Michael Daley. This event will bring together local, state, and federal service providers in one place to assist with any issues you may have. Join us at 3 PM on Thursday, March 16th, 2023, at Kooloora Community Centre, located at 167 Bilga Crescent.

Are you passionate about reducing waste, especially food waste? Join the King and Queen of Green as they explore ways to minimize waste that ends up in the red bin. Learn about composting, using chooks and worms, and other methods to recycle, reuse, and reduce waste. This engaging event is not to be missed!

If you find yourself in this situation and would like to learn how to reduce clutter and restore functionality to your home, we invite you to a community information session. Join us on Friday, March 24th, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at Kooloora Community Centre.

If you are experiencing a short-term financial crisis or emergency and need assistance with paying your electricity or natural gas bill, we are here to help. At Kooloora, we have trained Energy Accounts Payment Assistant (EAPA) volunteers available to support anyone facing financial hardship.
