"The Japanese ambience begins when you press the button to open the sliding door (common all through Japan). Decor is very traditional and comfortable, the diners are all very respectful and the tables are positioned in a way to minimise noise and reduce eye contact with other customers. Sashimi main was very generous and extremely fresh, we also loved the salmon wrap maki. The tempura Udon (hot) was exactly like what you would find in Japan (visited 9 times in the past decade) and the teriyaki chicken had amazing texture and traditional taste Sakes were very well priced, and I enjoyed their (homemade) Yuzu drink. Would gladly come back"
"Good good quality but a bit pricy. The dumpling was a bit too soft and we expected it to be crispy like a pan fried dumpling at first."
"• It is not really difficult to find since it is close to Woolworth Metro. Walking downhill, pass a street and here it is. • Booking ahead is highly recommended especially on the weekend. Early weekdays are not as busy as the weekend (of course). • There are many tables inside which are filled up pretty quickly. They are also separated by wall panels as cubines, which divide into adequate space for number of customers. • The service is efficient. You don't have to wait too long for food to be served. • Dishes are served with adequate portions. • Personally, food tastes quite average. There are some special dish that I found them interesting, but in general, it is average. My favourite dish out of my course is the Grilled Duck with a good sauce. • Price is quite expensive to me. But I guess with its location, the price can be considered as reasonable."
"A small Japanese restaurant with some modern twists to the menu. Serves a lot of sashimi with not many choices for Mains. Only has one noodle dish. This place suits those who enjoy raw fish. However, to feel satiated you'll need to order a combination of entrees with some sashimi/sushi on top of a main. The service was great and very fast. Food tastes great. Potions are quite adequate."
"I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Every single plate us the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted!!! This is the type of restaurant that makes you come back every time you get the chance. I recommend ordering more than just the sushi rolls and explore other dishes that are to die for."
