"I chose E&D not only because I work here but also I can clearly see they put so much effort in the whole centre. Chantal and her team always listen to voices from me and make changes. As the first mum, I always struggle with parenting no matter how much knowledge that I have and how long I have studied in uni. Sometimes, I don't even know what I am feeling about. Then, they always guide me and assure everything goes well for my family. Especially in Nursery team, Jess always brings something that i cannot do at home and it makes me feel so much worthy to pay for this centre. A lot of sensory plays, excursions... How would think that babies can go an excursion such many times?! Support educator, Grace.. I can't speak anymore about her. She always brings her knowledge for looking after babies as she has got her grandsons. When there is these two combination, I am not worried at all. Lastly, as a mum and a teacher in this service, it is not an easy journey. To draw a very clear line, I needed to feel safe to leave my baby and they made it! Whenever I have a doubt for anything, they always come and explain to me. They never judge whether it is not a problem or not. They listen to me, feel my emotions and move forward to make the better change. It leads me to focus on my teaching, and now, I look after my all 28 children like my child get from downstairs. I don't think I could have get this much support from any other places. Thank you so much."

"I chose Explore & Develop Roseville as we had some mothers group friends attending the centre, who had provided really great feedback, we had enjoyed the playgroup sessions and it meant my daughter had friends in her class from day 1. I haven’t been disappointed, she loves her carers and has settled in beautifully to what is a very well set up facility. She loves all the outdoor play and activities, as well as the excursions and incursions to the local library, Woolies, Rooftop Bees and Peak Football ! A great centre with dedicated and caring team."

"Over the 7 year journey of parenting so far, we have had our kids cared for in numerous childcare settings. Nothing has even come close to the experience we have had with Chantal and the team at Explore and Develop Roseville. Everything about this centre is warm and welcoming, so well organized, every staff member genuinely cares about the kids they look after, and relationships with families more broadly. "Explore and develop Roseville has been amazing. My son started at just 9 months and due to moving location I’ve had to transfer centres. While my son was enrolled over the passed 9 months he excelled. The staff have such a genuine love for children, making drop offs so much easier for a first time mum. They were loving, happy, warm and genuine. The facilities are amazing as well as the creative diversity they offer. Our experience couldn’t have been better."
