About the Business
Welcome to Young Academics Early Learning Centre—Head Office, located in Homebush West, Parramatta Road, 350. As an establishment and point of interest, our centre is designed to cater to 120 children across six classrooms, offering purpose-built spaces and expansive outdoor play areas.
At Young Academics, we strive to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for lifelong learning. Our new centre in Penrith, situated on Coreen Avenue, is a testament to this commitment. With five purpose-built classrooms and large outdoor play areas, our passionate educators and teachers are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment specially designed for "risky play" and to inspire curiosity.
In addition to our existing programs, Young Academics Workshops have been designed to complement our curriculum and bring a new level of excitement to learning. Our Music and Movement Workshop, a play-based learning program, supports children's holistic development. Led by our expert educators and teachers, these 20-30-minute weekly classes for all age groups provide fun and engaging music and movement lessons.
We are also thrilled to announce that children attending Young Academics centres will soon benefit from weekly science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M) workshops. Dedicated educators will be employed to deliver this program from Term Four, tailoring activities and content for specific age groups. From science experiments to coding, construction, painting, and geometry, these workshops will enhance children's learning experiences at no additional cost to families.
But it's not just our programs that make Young Academics special. Our staff are known for their friendliness, care, and dedication. They take the time to inform parents of important updates about their children, ensuring a strong partnership between home and centre. The positive feedback from our families speaks volumes about the love and support our staff provide.
We also want to acknowledge and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our centres are located. Young Academics Early Learning Centre recognizes the continued cultural and spiritual connection of First Nations peoples to the land, sky, and waterways. We honor Elders past, present, and emerging.
Thank you for considering Young Academics Early Learning Centre—Head Office. We are committed to providing exceptional care, education, and support for your children, and we look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Reviews
"Highly recommend, friendly staff ,happy kids"
"(Edit: I've now taken a star off for the laughable response! The number they've given is for the same head office that I'm complaining about! My complaint should have been escalated when I called to complain multiple times!!!) The Head office staff come across as rude, defensive and condescending. I had a horrible experience with them! They constantly got my invoices incorrect. They didn't action requests made for a payment plan and left my account overdrawn. They had no records of invoices sent to me and said the reason was because the invoices were "live". Very impolite staff. I had to call back multiple times and speak with multiple staff who were all very rude, defensive and condescending at a time when I was frustrated with the service because of the invoicing system and being given wrong information by staff (except for one lady, who unfortunately failed to follow up on things she'd promised me. But atleast her phone manner was better than the rest of them). There was no apology offered for the inconvenience caused to me or my account being overdrawn or being given the wrong information in the first place that got me so far behind initially! I told the manager of the office that if I was a staff member there and someone called frustrated with the customer service they'd been provided, the first thing I'd do is say "I'm sorry about that, can you please tell me what you need and I'll try to help you today" because that's what you do as a customer service representative, the manager said "oh, thank you for telling me that" but still refused to offer any kind of apology for the shocking service i received! Everyone who works for an company/organisation who deals with customers should have some level of competence in customer service, the staff in this office do not unfortunately! I would hate to have ro deal with this office again. Hopefully there are vacancies at other centres when we move!"
