"Horrible customer service at this store! I asked to get a trolley for my bulky kitchen storage purchases. The door attendant tells me that I need a coin or I could go grab a trolley from Coles. I don't carry cash so my options were to use my card to withdraw $1 before I could even put my purchases in the trolley. I asked for the store manager, Mitchell came out who ofcourse could tell that I was frustrated & offered to lend me his kmart coin, I asked why don't the door attendants have these coins to assist customers?Mitchell insisted that this is his personal coin , I must return it to him when I finish with the trolley in the car park and told me to use my manners. Needless to say, I felt patronised & belittled so I walked away & purchased what I needed at another store."
"The staff have no idea what they are doing. The shop is a hazard to walk through. The aisles are always cluttered with items on the floor or trolley with stock on them are blocking the aisles. You go there looking for an item cause their websites says it’s in stock and no surprise it’s not there. I know it’s Kmart but seriously you could at least try to make the store presentable"

"Kmart always has good priced quality products and if you ever have a problem with something you can return it so long as you have your receipt. Always has a massive range of items as well usually very modern and upmarket products and clothing. If you need to ask a question you need to find someone who can help ... They do have price checking consoles throughout the store which helps. But sometimes you just want to ask somethink.
