We are open from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Please note that our hours may vary on public holidays, so be sure to check the available hours under the 'Book Now' section on our website.

One of our main attractions is our main stage, featuring around 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks, and banked walls. It's the perfect place for a trampoline workout or to simply have some fun bouncing around.

If you're up for some friendly competition, our dodgeball area is where the action is. It's high-energy, awesome fun, and the balls are soft, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

For basketball enthusiasts, we have full-height basketball rings above runway trampolines surrounded by padded walls and floor mats. It's like borrowing the legs of the world's best basketball player and shooting hoops in mid-air.

Our high-performance trampolines provide the ultimate bounce and height, perfect for those looking to take their skills to the next level. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced jumper, this area is ideal for skills development and advanced maneuvers.

If you're a fan of freestyle tricks and wall running, our freestyle area combines high-performance trampolines with vertical walls of various heights. It's like a skate park made out of trampolines, offering endless opportunities for creative expression.

For those seeking a thrill, our cliff jump activity involves launching yourself off the balcony onto a giant airbag below. It's an adrenaline rush that gets the heart racing and doesn't require much skill to enjoy.

Our obstacle course, called X-Park, combines various challenges and features that can be explored individually or as one circuit. With different levels of difficulty, it allows for personal progression and creative expression.

We also have a climbing wall that offers unique rock climbing challenges for climbers of all ages and skill levels. It's a seriously awesome experience that will put your climbing skills to the test.

For our youngest visitors, we have a huge indoor playground that provides hours of fun. With soft play and bright colors, it's the perfect way for little ones to burn off their energy in a safe and enjoyable environment.

When it's time to refuel, our BOUNCE Café offers a wide variety of snacks, meals, coffee, and drinks to satisfy your cravings.

When visiting us, please enter the Homebush Logistics Centre via the Welfare Street Entrance. For weekdays, we have allocated parking out the front of the venue, as indicated by signage. On weekends, you can park anywhere out the front of the building, and additional parking is available on the side of the venue.

To ensure your comfort, our venue has four large roof fans that circulate cool air during hotter weather.

Please note that some activities have specific requirements. For example, to participate in X-Park, you must be at least 110cm in height and wear lace-up, flat-soled, and closed-toe sports or skate shoes.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking online in advance as our sessions tend to sell out quickly. Additionally, BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines.

There are no age restrictions for our activities, but for the safety of our bouncers, miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk unassisted and be under 110cm in height.

Each session lasts for one hour, so we suggest arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Please note that we have different pricing for off-peak hours on weekdays and on-peak hours on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
