At Share My Ability, we offer a range of services and activities to cater to different needs and interests. Whether you're looking to celebrate a special event or birthday party, we have three different packages for you to choose from. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can have a great time.

We are proud to be supported by Wentworth Healthcare, and offer a free 10-week intergenerational program aimed at fostering meaningful engagement between older and younger generations. This program is designed to promote social interaction and create lasting connections within the community.

Our therapy services focus on creating activities and programs that aid in the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of individuals. We believe in the power of sensory experiences to promote relaxation, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
