Nike Sydney Pitt Street Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000

"I felt like i was begging for free shoes. I went there with an exciting feeling, but went home almost crying for the service that was provided. What a day to ruin someone's day ! And i found out i could only get it exchange or credit, but not a refund ? Shame on you NIKE ! Been working in retail for a good 7years now. I know exactly what to do to serve customers and i won't treat customers like piece of trash like what you did to me ! What a shame on her, one of the staff with light brown ponytail hair. So today i went to the store, in Pitt Street to get the dunk low. At the first, she was being nice. I asked to try size 6.5, and also 7. At the end, i chose 6.5 and request a new pair. And from that moment, she totally changed. She was faking her customer service. Her face turned black, given me sight eyes and told me straight away that "THIS IS TOTALLY NEW, THIS IS NOT DIRTY, EVERY PAIR IS THE SAME FOR THE SOLE" and didn't smile like she did when she helped me for the first time I told her, i don't mind to get this pair ( what i've bought as shown in the attached picture) i was just a bit worry, if i wanted to exchange it or refund it for change of mind, and Nike might think that i've worn it because the sole looks dirty to me. I mean if it wasn't dirty, please explain it nicely. She didn't have to be rude and showing me some attitude. What a shame, what an experience wow I tried 7 which wasn't this dirty on both soles. I mean i have the rights to ask for a new pair too as a customer. And at the cashier, there was this guy who serve me. And told me off, WHERE IS IT DIRTY ? and smirk. I DON'T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT. I was purely a customer who didn't know and need some explanation. And i'll be happy to take it."

"I love this store, when i was looking for some size the staff helped me very nicely and super informative, he was the one from korea but born here in australia. I had so much fun buying shoes here. I forgot to ask his name and didn’t see his name tag. But thankyou!"

"Bought a pair of AJ. Wanted to return it 2 days later and the response is: They don't allow return. What? I never thought Nike disallow returns... Only to find out they are NOT Nike. They are Nike Sydney, a completely different Company. But hey, they didn't bother telling you the terms when you purchase.."

"My son got the shoes he wanted here which is sold out on his size everywhere. Helpful staff, clean store, lots of really nice shoes, apparel for women, men and kids. We were more than happy on this store"

"So totally unimpressed. Firstly, the only store in the many I visited during my several days in Sydney that did not check my QR code check in or vaccination certificate. Two young men whom I presumed were supposed to be serving just chatted away while I had a look at a few things. I even asked one if the section I was in the only area for women’s ware. He said ‘yes this is it’ and kept on chatting. No ‘is there anything I could help you with’. Terribly disappointing. If I was the owner of the store I would be terribly upset. Update 11 May 2022 - definitely no change in service with staff chatting around counter as I was looking for a specific pair of shoes. Someone did attend to me as I walked towards the group. The shoes I wanted were not available in the size I wanted. No attempt or offer to check out other stores. The George St Store was no better. Ended up at Athletes Foot where the service was much better."
