"ZERO attention to detail, TERRIBLE customer service and SHOCKING in store service. If you want to avoid being sent the wrong shoe size more than twice and you know a style is bound to sell out, buy the shoes anywhere else but Foot Locker! Not worth the hassle and disappointment knowing they won't do anything to compensate. Even if you go into store no-one is trained to care. If Foot Locker was the only place to purchase a limited style of shoe, I wouldn't waste my money on them."
"MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE!!! An employee At footlocker was looking at me in a very uneasy way, what do you do when people are eyeing you out ?? you would typically smile back at them which I did she then looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look.... I was in total disgust so I said to the employee what's your fudging problem, you wanna look at me then when I smile at you, you wanna give dirty looks ?? that's when the manager intervene and started being extremely rude and unprofessional claiming she was watching her employee from the time she walked in while in fact her head was facing down at the cash registers.... me and her proceeded to exchange vile words even as she followed me out the store as a manger you would think she would be professional and try and calm the situation down buts that's far from what she was trying to accomplish, I wasn't going to allow her to talk in the way she was and just stand there. I will be contacting head office and hopefully they have footage of the employee giving those disgusting and the meager not looking at the situation as she claim she did."
