This approach not only adds unnecessary steps to the return process but also makes it more cumbersome and time-consuming. The online return process itself is far from seamless. After spending a considerable amount of time trying on the items I ordered online, I discovered that the fit and quality didn't meet my expectations. Naturally, I wanted to return them promptly and without any hassle. However, instead of being able to walk into a nearby Lululemon store, I was forced to navigate their convoluted online return system. It involved printing out a return label, packaging the items, and arranging for a courier service to pick them up. This entire ordeal was not only an inconvenience but also an unnecessary waste of my time and resources. Furthermore, the lack of in-store returns undermines the trust and confidence that customers place in a premium brand like Lululemon. When paying top dollar for sportswear, one expects a hassle-free shopping experience and the peace of mind that comes with being able to return items conveniently. By limiting returns to online channels, Lululemon sends a message that they prioritize cost-cutting measures over customer satisfaction. It feels like they are prioritizing their bottom line rather than maintaining their reputation as a brand that values its customers. It's worth noting that many other premium brands in the industry provide the option for in-store returns, recognizing the importance of convenience and customer satisfaction. Lululemon's decision to neglect this fundamental aspect of customer service is disappointing and leaves me questioning their commitment to providing a positive shopping experience."

"Don't come! Worst lululemon ever! There is a white local cashier with blonde hair in a bun, she is SO MEAN!!! She had a very terrible attitude that she doesn't deserve to be a lululemon staff. I'm a loyal lululemon customer but I will never buy from this store again, not if this blonde girl still works here. People who want to come to this store, go to another store if you want to have a good experience. The store really needs to pay attention to the service of an employee if it wants a good performance."

"Please don't come to this store, the service attitude is very bad. I couldn’t get the discount code because of the unidays system problem before, so I asked the stuff if there is any other way to get the student discount. But the a girl told me that I must use the discount code, but when I go to other stores, I just need to show my student ID. When I came the second time, one of the stuff had food in her mouth when the customer talked to her. This store is really bad."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience here at Lululemon George Street. It's probably one of the largest outlet around Sydney city with 2 storeys, thereby carrying more items comparatively. It's also next to the metro and light rail station, making it especially convenient if you're hanging around here and need some atheleisure outfits. We actually came back a couple of times during our holiday, as the other outlets didn't have what we wanted. P.s. they restock every week, so there's always an SKU reshuffle and something new coming in."
