About the Business
Welcome to Beach Burrito Co. Coogee, the hidden gem of the Eastern Suburbs in Australia. Located on Coogee Bay Road, our shop front may be a little hard to spot, but if you're on the hunt for Sydney's best Mexican fiesta, it's worth the search.
As you take a walk down the alley next to the 'Courtyard Cafe', you'll stumble upon our humble hacienda. Recently refurbished, our venue is set for a bright future of good times! Designed as an ode to beach chic, you'll be captivated by the presence of prolific Banana Palm Trees and matchstick blinds. Retro hanging surfboards and a mini ramp give off a nostalgic vibe that will make you wish you had ridden waves in the 70s and listened to the Beach Boys.
Whether you're looking to book a table for a group of amigos or simply want to enjoy delicious cocktails and food without breaking the bank, Beach Burrito Co. Coogee is the perfect venue for you. With large booths for big groups and plenty of space in our courtyard, we have your next party or function sorted. And don't be surprised if we've moved the tables and chairs outside to make room for a local band or a surf movie screening. Oh, and did we mention we have a mini skate ramp inside the venue? Yes, you or the groms can actually skate on it!
When it comes to food, we've got you covered. Our menu boasts a wide range of options including tacos, margaritas, nachos, piña coladas, and of course, a variety of delicious burritos. Immerse yourself in the fiesta at Beach Burrito Coogee!
If you're in a hurry or prefer to enjoy your favorite burrito from the comfort of your couch, we offer takeaway services. Simply order ahead and your meal will be ready for pickup.

Reviews
"Takeaway burrito was 19 dollars so I expected something decent. Plain flavours, mostly rice and beans, bread barely warmed through. I threw the last third in the bin because it was so bland. 4 stars for service and atmosphere because I had takeaway and for all I know they could be great."
"At first we had a struggle to find the place because it’s hidden, but after we found it the food was delicious, we had beef burrito, two tacos and potatoes with chipotle sauce. There are many gluten free options. Each taco is pretty small (but it’s only 7$), the burrito was in a good size."
"It's actually pretty hard to mess up Mexican food this badly. The guacamole tastes like the home brand avocado dips you buy at the supermarkets. The burrito bowls is stale fries, undercooked chicken with some strange sweet paste, covered with some sweet onion jam (What?) and flavourless soft jalapeno slices out of a tin. There is almost no service, you need to order on your phone with a ridiculous surcharge and if you do find somebody at the counter you find out they don't accept cash?! The only good thing about the place is large dining area, inside and outdoors to."
"Taco Tuesday is well worth a visit. It’s back from the street and feels cozy. It’s a shame they sent the wrong food. Did not realise until after that I had eaten fish & was about to eat halloumi - both of which I’m allergic. Edit: I reached out last week as per the review reply but I’ve had no response. Edit: 2 months later - no response."
