"4.3 (Down from 4.8) - Dropped Rating down because the Lunch Special is no longer the same value. I also felt that there wasn't enough of the Green Curry on the rice. I paid the same as last time ($15.90) but there was no more salad and no more Crab Claw. I would have ordered a seperate serving of Crab Claw but it's no longer on the menu. *** Popped in here to try, had the lunch special ($15.90). Delicious!! The entree (I had a fish cake and a Crab claw - excuse the photo, I took a few bites!) was good. Fish Cake was passable but I was particularly impressed by the Crab Claw, which actually seemed to have a bit of flesh to it! I liked the Garden Salad and also my Green Chicken Curry with Rice. Big windows to look out of. Whilst the lady didn't greet me at the door, I walked up to grab a menu and she was kind, smiley and friendly when she served me food and when I was paying my bill. Genuine warmth. This equals big marks on my radar!! Great experience. Thank You."

"It's pretty rare that we order 3 dishes and all 3 are great. Last night we ordered from O'Cha for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. We've been in the hunt for a great local Thai restaurant and are happy to find O'Cha."

"There is a reason why while other restaurants on the street were all packed on a Friday night yet this place wasn’t. One star is for the oddly spacious but clean dining environment, the other star is for the smiley service from the lady. Fresh roll prawn - tasted good and fresh until I tasted something that was like mop water (?) (not like I’ve tasted it), and was completely turned off by that. Salt & pepper squid - seasoning was great, but the squid was oddly soft which is suspicious. Satay chicken - seasoning was good, but the quality of the chicken was cheap. Tom Yum fried rice - seasoning was good, but again, the quality of the chicken was just no good. Fried ice cream - nothing sophisticated and amazing about it. Had two bites and stopped eating it. Go here if you don’t mind at all the quality of the Thai food you’re getting."

"Nice friendly service. Got satay chicken skewers which were tasty. The pineapple fried rice was generous, but wasn't the best we've had. The pad Thai was on the sweeter side for our liking. Overall an ok experience. Lunch specials are ok, bit on the smaller side of servings. The panang curry was tasty and the pad kee Mao was not too spicy luckily and tasted nice."
