"Nice location across the road from the Bay. You can dine inside or outside. Nice array of food and drinks including alcoholic beverages. The food is reasonable. The service was slow and staff appeared disorganised, but it’s a relaxing place to chill while waiting for your food."

"Started off with pretty poor service, we went up to order but they told us they will come over and take our order from the table but after 15 minutes no one had come over so we had to go back up to order. Our food then came out 15 minutes later but our coffees hadn’t, which is a given that coffees are supposed to come first. Finally after having our food for 5-10 minutes we see that two coffees are sitting up waiting to be brought out, after letting them sit there for 5 minutes we walked up and saw they were ours and had to serve ourselves. On top of that, we ordered a small cappuccino and a large mocha but they did the mocha small and the cappuccino was large, they then had to remake it which took even longer. Will definitely not be returning."

"I used to frequent this cafe for years and was always reasonable service but since the new ownership the place has gone downwards. Food is terrible, often wrong and not made to order. Our last two experiences food was ordered for children and they made adult dishes despite the bill saying children meal. A simple request for soft poached eggs falls on deaf ears and basics like butter for toast missing. The chefs are clearly inexperienced or cannot handle large numbers. Asking for utensils is a challenge let alone napkins or getting table cleaned. Often the coffee comes after your meal and to say it’s terrible is being polite. The only saving grace is the fresh orange juice in our opinion, it’s amazing but still not worth going to for just that. The service is atrocious and it’s a real disappointment to me as it was a venue I loved for so many years. Lastly good luck ordering take away coffee (if brave) in busy morning be prepared to allow 15-20 mins of your day. This is my first review in google and sadly it’s not something I thought I would do but like the review before me if I could give ‘0’ I would and will not be attending there again in future."

"Wow. What can I say. Perfect. Sitting here with my son having lunch. The servings are very big, and fairly priced. Customer service is great. The fans are on,but would be even better if the ac was cranking. A great place to eat. With a great view across from the water."

"TERRIBLE WAIT TIME. Would rate 0 stars if I could. We ordered 1 x salt and pepper calamari, 1 x beef burger, 1 x Portuguese chicken wrap and 2 drinks. Our drinks arrived after 5min or so. We waited over 35min for our food. We waited an extra 5min on top of the 35min and our food still didn't arrive. We asked the waitress to check on our food, she said she would ask, then 5min later she still hadn't given us an update. No staff checked up on us nor informed us that there would be such a delay. Meanwhile, several people around us were receiving their orders (including people who ordered the beef burger) - these people had either ordered after us or had arrived after us. We ended up walking out. We had intended to spend at least $60-80 for our lunch. Also, there was no air-conditioning in this restaurant and it was hot and humid. Very uncomfortable, even without the ridiculous wait time."
