"Food was alright but I expected the noodles to be fresh (not instant dried noodles) and a bit more fresh veggies and herbs like coriander. The big pieces of letus should be cut in half. Fried wanton were overfried."
"Like all things prices have gone up but wages haven't climbed up much now we are paying $17 for some noodle soup which I didn't order and not long ago were once $13. I do believe my gas bill hasn't been given yet and I'm waiting to see what it's going to be, and beef has gone up a lot. I guess you can't blame the restaurant they have to put prices up. The food here wasn't too costly overall, generous servings, chicken curry, cubed peppered beef, all pretty good. Atmosphere is about the standard noodle shop look, what else do you really need anyhow they were pretty cool. I've got to give it a 4 because there's room for improvement. A 3 is too low so that's where It sits with me, no Bull here."
"Found this place on Google when I was searching for Vietnamese places to try in the area. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. There was not a single sticky table or speck of dust anywhere. The menus were in immaculate condition. This is quite rare for a lot of casual Asian restaurants. We ordered prawn rice paper rolls, pho, shaking beef rice and combination vermicelli. It was all nice except the shaking beef - we definitely had better as the beef was quite dry and bland. The guy serving us was really nice :) Being in Canterbury, they don’t have any real competition in the area so prices are on the steeper side - we paid $72 for 4 items. As it is on Canterbury Rd, parking is very limited. We had to park at the Woolies around the corner. Would return and recommend others give them a try."
"I recently had the pleasure of trying the pho at this restaurant and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on and the portions were generous. The family atmosphere of the restaurant made for a welcoming and comfortable dining experience. However, I did notice that it can get quite busy at times, and the staff seemed a bit stretched. Despite this, they still managed to provide great service and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a tasty pho. Really fresh tasting rice paper rolls also! Keep up the good work! Recommend - -Pho Special (One Size) -Rice Paper Rolls"
"Is a surprise found on the busy Canterbury Rd. The pho is very generous in potion. The waitress was very accommodating, initially we ordered a normal size pho for my son, then straight away she offered to make a kids size for him, because she knew he can’t finish the normal size. I really like the coconut coffee. This the cleanest Asian restaurant I have ever been to, especially with that price. Normally the tables and floors in an Asian restaurant gives you this sticky feeling, but this restaurant is SO CLEAN! Everything is very clean. Highly recommended."
