"Atrocious! A young woman in the counter did not even greeted Hello to start with. Once food was served we got cold chips, went back to request hot fresh chips and the same female had the audacity to express: you ate some? Duh! How else are we supposed to find out I replied? This employee made it out as I was trying to scam them with the chips. KFC needs to check how rude and unprofessional some of their staff is, never ever we are returning to this joint!"
"KFC would have to be a regular favourite of fast food for me, but the quality can typically vary from good to awesome. Since moving nearby this is by far consistently the best KFC I've ever been to, especially the chips which have been exactly perfect on every single visit so far. The store is also very clean and the staff very impressive. If the head office needs to train managers they should send them here."
"I live close by so order from here quite often and never had a great experience always missing something last night I ordered for my children a family meal off the app first it took 40 minutes after being in store to get meal then when I got home was missing half the chicken and no nuggets to say I'm disappointed is an understatement however as I have rang on other occasions and been spoken to rudely by the manager I have no interest in speaking to them again. As of this time I will go elsewhere for my takeaway needs"
"Amazing place! Requested 6 giant feasts for a work lunch and they obliged and notified me of the wait time. They packed everything perfectly so it was easy to transport and count what they packed. They did miss 3 bottles of Pepsi but due to their packing it was an easy pickup and got that sorted out straight away. Absolutely blown away by the service, can definitely recommend this place for sure! Much love from the Big W Winston hills management!"
