"Absolutely never ordering here again. Never had such a bad experience at any McDonald’s in 30 yrs like I did with this one. After being told there was no drinks only sprite no sugar we should have stopped there and not ordered.... but we went ahead. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken & cheese for my 4yr old with no cheese?! And no Mayo?.. my husband went back inside and they give him a burger with yet again no cheese or Mayo? Ok surely the next time he goes in they’ll get it right? No. So I’m guessing they wanted a scene, not from my polite husband but from me. The wife who has had to tell her child yet again your burger is not quite ready. Not only was it overflown with Mayo where you couldn’t even see the burger, almost as if it was done on purpose. Completely sprayed with Mayo, even dripping out of the wrapping. Walked inside, went off and then showed multiple already unsatisfied customers with one replying that she wouldn’t feed it to her dog, and other saying this McDonald’s never gets one order right. I would be worried with undercooked food here as well. Please NEVER order here. Not only because it’s an absolute circus, but because I wonder how many people can’t say anything because it’s too late and they have already driven off. A big F U. Thanks."

"I visited the Kingspark McDonalds today and was very disappointed with the food. The burgers were cold and tasted stale, and the fries were limp and undercooked. The service was also very slow, with long wait times despite there being few customers in the restaurant. Overall, my experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this McDonalds location to anyone. The poor quality of the food was the biggest issue for me. As someone who has eaten at McDonalds many times before, I know what to expect in terms of taste and freshness. Unfortunately, the food at this location did not meet those expectations. The lack of attention to detail and quality control was very apparent, and it made for a very unpleasant meal. In addition to the bad food, the service was also lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, and it took a long time for them to prepare my order. The dining area was also not very clean, with dirty tables and floors that had not been properly swept. "Phone rings out constantly Georgia the manager hang up on me whilst I was talking about the horrible parties that were burnt to a crisp. Still no answer not happy . It was throught drive thru so other people please watch out . I also will complain to head office. Update still no word from head office as of 18 April unimpressed"
