About the Business
Welcome to Harry's Café de Wheels Express - Marsden Park, located at 43 Hollinsworth Road in Australia. As an iconic establishment, food destination, and point of interest, Harry's Café de Wheels has been delighting customers for over 80 years. Our famous 'Tiger' pie has attracted renowned personalities like Frank Sinatra, Sir Elton John, and even Prince Harry himself.
The story of Harry's Café de Wheels traces back to the visionary Harry "Tiger" Edwards. Frustrated by the lack of late-night snack options, Harry decided to open a caravan café near the Woolloomooloo naval dockyard in Sydney. Despite facing challenges from the local city council, Harry fearlessly named his establishment 'Harry's Café de Wheels' and became known as "Tiger" due to his boxing skills.
The legacy of Harry lives on in the original location in Woolloomooloo, where the iconic 'Tiger' pie is still served. However, our presence has expanded globally with a growing number of outlets and a fleet of caravan cafés that move more than 12 inches a day.
With every bite, customers can experience an overwhelming sense of nostalgia, connecting different generations to Harry's humble beginnings and rich history. Join us at Harry's Café de Wheels Express - Marsden Park to taste the flavors that have stood the test of time and indulge in the heritage that defines our institution.

"Sarabjit was so energetic and patient when I was making my order. It’s always a pleasure eating from Marsden Park Harry’s café de wheels. And will continue to enjoy and eat my favorite apple bite and gravy fries from."
"Ordered the Hot dog de Wheels and it was so yummy! Also ordered the loaded chips with roast chicken and was spot on! Would definitely come back and recommend people in Marsden park to check them out!"
"I had to wait over ten minutes for a plain pie and a thickshake. The woman serving could barely speak English and everything seemed to be done in slow motion. The pie itself was so-so, but stone cold in the middle, so I don't know what she spent all that time doing. The thickshake tasted exactly the same as the ones you get at McDonalds, but for half the price. Definitely that meal was not worth the $14 and 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back! Edited to Add: Harry's contacted me to ask for more details but the link they gave me doesn't work. It was Marsden Park, Mon 15 May, around 3PM. If you want more sad details, I actually wanted a pie with peas, but the only options are a "Tiger Pie" that has peas, potato and gravy, or a plain pie with sauce, and I didn't find that out until she handed it to me. At the original Harry's (or most places) you could just say: "give me a pie and peas," (or anything else) and they would just do it. I also didn't need the entire top of my pie covered in tomato sauce. I also assumed the pie would be very hot, so I walked quite a long distance back to my car before I discovered it was cold in the middle."
"Lovely Chips, Horrible Pie. large selection of different food on the menu but hardly any stock left in the van. In fairness this was on a Saturday at about 3pm outside Marsden Park Shopping Centre. After two or three attempts they finally had some pies left. Bl***y awful. It must have been in the pie oven all afternoon. It was as hard as a rock, burned on the outside and over cooked inside. It just tasted of gravy and pepper. Wouldn't bother getting a pie here again! My wife had chips and they were fine. Maybe I should have too. ** Below the business owner has put the standard spin "what date an time?" etc. Like you are going to do anything about it. ** #1, It says the time on my review 3pm on a Saturday. You can read can't you? (That's in the afternoon). #2. It was Saturday 18th March 2023 OK? #3. And no, I wont waste any time on your website. You have my review. That's enough!"
