"Order was wrong. My quarter pounder was a disgrace. A drop of sauce, no onion, no cheese. We ordered 2 meals and got 1 fries, which were cold and hard along with the chicken nuggets. The guy who gave us our meals was apologetic but not sure why it took us 15 minutes to get our food we were the only ones in the drive through at 1.30 in the morning. It was obvious the staff were playing around and that the bench spaces looked disgusting with drinks and melted ice creams all over counter tops. Honestly gave this maccas a fair crack from when they first opened until now but it's been well over a year of operating and low ratings and poor feedback with zero improvement. Someone needs to pull their finger out and look at the staffing or if your staff don't want to work over night then don't be a 24hr maccas. I won't be returning to this maccas anymore I would rather take an extra 15 minutes home to go to a different maccas then go to this one."

"June 23 This store is a joke. Ordered a simple chicken and cheese burger and the burger came without the top bun. What the actual! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse with this store. Absolute joke. Their first McFriday service turned into McMess. The store was completely out of control. We waited close to an hour only to find out they didn’t even get started on our order. Later found out they gave it to someone else. Finally received our food after an hour and when checked at home, was missing a cheese burger. So went back and spoke to the manager and waited another 20 minutes for the missing item. Only to find out that the burger had everything my son didn’t want on it. People were literally waiting for over 30-45 minutes for their orders. Customers were coming back complaining about missing items. I thought onion rings were meant to be crispy and yummy but here they were just soggy and tasteless. Not a great start to the store and the owner was no where to be seen."

"Easily one of the worst maccas I’ve been to. I’ve given given them a couple of goes as it’s my local and understood that they were going through teething issues as a new store but things have not improved. Employee in drive through did not properly secure the cup lid spilling my drink on myself and my car. We got home with our food only to find out we’ve been charged for and given the wrong burger, so poorly mangled I can only imagine they were playing frisbee with the patty. Chips were rock hard too, what a disgrace."
