"I stayed 3 nights . the room was filthy toilet seat broken microwave filthy little or no condiments the room wasn't serviced filthy bin lid falling off bedside lamp broken and in the wardrobe cigarette buts on the balcony KFC piece of cardboard stuck over a light filthy cutlery drapes hanging off the rail disgusting fridge a filthy stove a frying pan and nothing else no teatowls staff coming into my room unannounced not cleaning staff leaking hotwater cylinder on the balcony which I slipped on but didn't injury my self no teatowls have to pay for parking washing machine full of lint I complained and was told that didn't have another room available it was at Easter and there wasn't any other accommodation available in Dandenong and the utensils and chopping board looked like they came out of a mechanical work shop very dirty"

"Had a daily conference nearby- stayed at Exodus four nights - travel to and from was easy with great access to hotel's lift & carpark as well. Great location- very short walking distance to Dandenong market & Plaza...very handy. Affordable and clean- comfortable bed as well. Stayed in apartment on level 6 was nice & quiet will definitely stay again next time I'm in town. Found Manager and reception staff to be exceptionally kind, helpful & friendly. They ensured I had everything I needed in apartment to be comfortable. Thank you so much Emad & Mai. Many Blessings to you all :) Highly recommend!"
"Not professionally cleaned . Bathroom rooms dirty with hair. Bedsheets are not iron. No sweeping brush to clean by your self. They are not coming to tidy up when you are out. I have been to hotels for holidays but this is the worst. The photos of the hotel looks amazing but you will regret when you enter."
"One of the worse hotels I've been with my family from out side the building looks good the rooms look good but until u get close your gonna see alot of nasty stuff. The remote of the TV was so sticky there was some kind of sticky stuff on it with hair. The dishes were not cleaned properly most of the still had oil and all the dishes were wet in the cupboards were it has not been dry and there were black marks from the dishes in the cupboards and there was a left over Cooke's. The doors were uncleaned with some brown colour thing on the door handles. I don't recommend going there with family or alone."
