"Wanted to stay here for 2 nights. I didn't stay there for more than an hour as the room as filthy. Stains on the pillows and sheets, fake eyelashes stuck to the top of the bed. Dirty floor I left soon after and by the time I left the front desk was closed (I checked in late night) Tried to get a refund and they outright refused because You did not inform the front desk and left hence the hotel was unaware that you have left. You should have sent the cancellation request on the check in day itself in order for the hotel to consider a free cancellation. I booked through Agoda and while they supposedly tried there "wasn't much they could do with out photographic evidence" which I didn't take because I was tired and just wanted a place to sleep so I got out of there quickly and didn't think about that Never, never, never stay here. I get it's cheap but the rooms are filithy (The response that was given is in absolute joke! An appropriate response would be to actually verify how long I was there for, see I'm telling the truth and actually offer a refund! Words are meaningless without actions!)"

"We had a good stay. Great price for what you get. The staff need to be more customer focused. Not overly friendly. Plently of parking. Well lit up carparks. This was my third stay. Staff just need to be more approachable when guests need help."

"Overall, considering the price, the hotel was ok. The room was very small and the pod bathrooms were a tight squeeze. Just note that there are no lifts so if you happen to be placed in the upper floors, make sure you transfer your luggage to a smaller bag. Plenty of car parking and a short drive to many restaurants in the area."

""budget" is in the name so don't expect the world. Rooms were pretty cramped and there's no soundproofing for the hallway, I heard people going in and out and having phone calls and chats at ridiculous hours. Otherwise good for an overnight or two night stay, service was lovely."

"...Staff were very nice...Being an elderly pensioner...they gave me a ground-floor room and helped me carry my bags to same. Room was very clean and I was able to open the window...(living in the country, I am used to sleeping with fresh air circulating) That was a bonus! Bed was comfy and tea and coffee provided. For a (short) budget stay....it was all I needed. Appreciated all that was done for me."
