"Been here since last night, no room service, I went down for breakfast asked for a table, they were busy but nobody came back, they keep serving other clients. I was with a baby, she was hungry, we went back to the room, theres a number fir room service that I tried 100 times! When I finally git them, the woman was so rude on the phone, Im not hungry anymore! Didn’t have breakfast or anything to eat yet its 12.05!"

"Dissappointed with our recent stay for a couple of reasons. The hotel had just replaced its carpet and as soon as we walked into the apartment (which was closed up) we were blown away with the strong smell of the carpet. We asked immediately if we could be moved to another room but the staff member mentioned the only other option was a room that was noisy from the nearby club/bar. We spent a number of nights dealing with the sickly smell....it was intoxicating to the point where you could taste it in your mouth. The second reason was the traffic noise....really loud from the main road below and made worse by the fact that our bedroom window didn’t close/seal properly letting in a lot of noise. We were continually waking up from sirens, hoon cars, trucks, etc. Overall not happy with the experience as s basic level of comfort was not provided."

"The event space here is just wonderful! We hosted our event there on 18.07.18 and Peter and the staff were great! The room was set-up wonderfully and the team went beyond our expectations! "I stayed at Punthill Dandenong on a recent business trip. The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful giving me tips on the local area and things to see when I wasn't working. The hotel was exceptionally clean, especially the rooms and the bed was super comfortable. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor which had amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen was really handy because I could make my dinner after work rather than walk around looking for something in the street. However, the location is ideal, close to all the pubs, restaurants etc so there was no unnecessary spending on taxis to get around. I will definitely stay there again and would even stay there on a family vacation. Highly recommended."
