"I recently presented my doctor’s script to the pharmacist in the Katoomba Shopping Village. The pharmacist ..Nadim … asked if I had used the prescribed cream previously . When I told him I hadn't he said I had got the same prescribed cream in May. I said that was a different cream for my face and this one was for a problem inside my nose. He told me this was the wrong cream and was not suitable for internal use. Nadim then said he would contact the doctor to discuss the difference in the two creams. He rang the doctor right away but was unable to speak to him but said he would try later. He contacted me at home about 7:30pm and said he would try tomorrow as he had not heard back from the doctor. Next day he called me and had been able to have the prescription changed to the correct cream. I am really grateful to Nadim as he was so customer focused in the first instance to ask about the cream and then again to take the time to follow up with the doctor to ensure I received the correct product. Nadim is an asset to this pharmacy and would I recommend it to anyone as I have always found the staff to be nothing but helpful. I appreciate Nadim’s diligence and follow up . "didnt have such a great experience there the other day which shocked me as ive never experienced bad things here before. i went in to get my medication, as my script had been filled there previously i thought i didnt need to bring my script in/they had kept it on file. apparently they had not, thats fine, it happens. i say “oh, i thought it had three repeats or something left” and the pharmacist assistant said “it was actually five”. unsure how she knew that if they didnt have it… she then proceeded to be incredibly condescending towards me whilst i was trying to get medication that literally keeps me alive. very upsetting."

"The pharmacy assistant here was so helpful today. It is New Year’s Eve-I needed an urgent prescription for painful tonsillitis. She advised and assisted me-giving me info on my best source of an available Dr. I took her advice, got a Dr’s appointment (online) and a prescription within 3 hours. Alternatives were dire-wait 8 hours+ at a local Public Hospital (on New Year’s Eve:( or wait 2-3 days when a Dr’s Practice would be open again. I’m working right through the holiday break so taking time out to be sick wasn’t an option. Five gold stars for this assistant and the pharmacy for providing practical and caring assistance."
