"Disappointing Experience at Jack b's Bar in Sligo Park Hotel I recently visited Jack b's Bar, located inside the prestigious Sligo Park Hotel, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered by the appalling behavior of the staff working at the bar counter. It is with regret that I am compelled to write this negative review, as I believe potential customers should be aware of the issues we faced during our visit. Upon arrival at the bar counter, my friends and I stood there for nearly 10 minutes, waiting to be attended to by the staff. At first, we assumed they were simply busy, but soon realized that they were profiling customers based on their appearance, race, or perceived ability to tip. This blatant discrimination left us feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. One of the staff members responsible for this behavior was named Yuri, I believe. It is important to note, however, that not all of the staff at Jack b's Bar exhibited such unprofessional conduct. We had the pleasure of being served by Ethan, who provided excellent service and was genuinely courteous. It is unfortunate that his efforts were overshadowed by the misconduct of his colleague. I would like to urge the management of Sligo Park Hotel to address this issue and ensure that all staff at Jack b's Bar are held to the highest professional standards. It is crucial that every guest feels welcome and respected, regardless of their background or appearance. A single negative interaction can greatly tarnish the reputation of an otherwise exceptional establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Jack b's Bar was marred by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of certain staff members. Although we were eventually served by the kind and attentive Ethan, the overall experience left a sour taste in our mouths. I sincerely hope that the management takes our concerns to heart and implements necessary changes to prevent such incidents in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Jack b's Bar to others."
