"Awful,sloppy, workmanship. Sent leather boots in to simply have zip replaced. Poor half hearted job done. Only used light thread to sew zips,broke after one day of wearing boots and zip sewn on crooked.. zip pulley broke after day 1 and charged alot of money for this poor service. Scandalous."
