"A great place to buy sports ware, designer ware, and sports equipment, and clothing for biking and recreation, and in all sizes, from small children to xl adults, prices range from very expensive to quite reasonable, definitely worth a look before going anywhere else ...."
"I will not be going to shop in sports direct any more, i bought an item and returned it the next day, i was not allowed to get cash back for the item i returned, i was given the choice of an exchange for another item or a credit note. no mention on none cash refunds when the item was been purchased, brings a whole new meaning to daylight robbery."
"I bought a dress for my 9 year old daughter and when I was at the checkout I asked if I could return it if it didn't fit. The cashier replied yes just hold on to the receipt. My daughter tried it on that evening and it was a bit short so I took it back the following day to return or exchange it. There wasn't a bigger size there so I ask for a refund only to be told by the cashier that they only give credit notes. I explained that the cashier the previous day hadn't made that clear to me. The current cashier said that since the dressing rooms were open they weren't giving refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and she said it was their policy not to give refunds. I am extremely annoyed as if I had known that was the policy I wouldn't have bought the dress. It should have been made clear on the day I bought the dress that it would only be a credit note available if returning."
"I expected great things going in here because of the level of stock available and the open space, I was there to buy. There were three staff on our level who looked busy but there was no customer focus, no meaningful engagement and no one seemed to realise this is a shop not a shoe museum. I only bought what I needed after a lot of puffing and panting by staff but I would have bought more. Poor job guys and it could have been great. Lucky to get 2 stars"
