"Recently my 12 year old son and myself returned home to Ballina to visit family, before leaving England my son got an inset bite on his back, he was given a cream from our local chemist. On our arrival in Ireland my son complained that it was very painful, we went to Mc Kanes pharmacy and immediately Dorothy could tell us it was infected, she was very kind and explained everything to my son, she told us how it needed to be treated with antibiotics and give us west docs number.
