"Bought a kitchen in Smyths Athlone for my 18 month old daughter, assembled it, but there was a small hinge missing for an oven door (not Smyths fault). I left it until Christmas eve to assemble it and discovered the missing part a couple of hours from closing time. Explained the situation to a manager and there was no messing about, immediately she said she would take care of it as they had a display model and she would give me the hinge from that. I was in and out in 10mins with no hassle at all. Great customer service and saved Christmas for a little girl :) I didn't get the girls name who helped but thanks a million."
