"Would not recommend buying any suitcase here. On second trip wheel broke off and shop refused to replace saying it was fault of airport despite the fact that it didn’t happen in airport. Customer service very poor. Definitely would not buy here again."

"It was great getting back into TK Max, have to say it's one of the only shops that I was missing during Lockdown . I waited a few weeks before I went in and yesterday I finally got my chance to have a few minutes to look around it. I was really impressed with the presents of the security, social distances was really on the ball , a security guy was on the door and was very strict in letting in and counting the people who were leaving. I knew what I wanted, but I just want to say one thing , shopper's please when business are opening , please respect others people spaces security can only do their job and we need to do ours. Great to see business opening so let's try to keep them open , by adhered to social distance , And give a vulnerable person like myself , a chance to enjoy shopping again. Great work TK Max, keep up the great work ."
