"Beautiful selection of clothes however upon payment to be informed that it will cost β¬1 for a bag for items you are paying for already? Shame on the store and left purchases behind, will never shop in Zara again, other stores who are not out for every euro in your pocket."
"JANE(Manager) how she has the title I will never know! 0 customer service skills. My daughter had got items from sale rack, woman on tills(also rude) overcharged & didn't put through sale price, called Jane who had a rude obnoxious attitude & actually was argumentative. My daughter trying to explain they wer on sale bought Jane over to show her (My daughter was right) Jane continued to be rude & said in a horrid tone I don't have to serve you! Horrible experience. Both Jane manager & staff need customer service training. Also 15c charge for a paper bag!"
"The loveliest young woman helped us today. Looking for a black jumper for my daughter and she went to the ends of the earth to find one suitable. And such a sweet manner, a joy to deal with."
"The idea of charging for paper bags so that Zara can get brownie points for charitable donations was just too much! I endorsed bring your own bag but.....! Queue upon queue ."
