"We were passing by and decided to pop in for something to eat on a Sunday. The place was busy, but we were lucky enough to get a table. By the looks of it, making a reservation may be best, cause believe me you don't want to miss out on this place. It's really cosy and has a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. There is space between the tables, which gives you a sense of calm and the chairs are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and told us the specials when we received the menu's. We didn't get offered a kid's menu, I would assume there is one, as it's seems very family friendly, but we also didn't ask for one. If you're ordering for a tween, you might want to look at the kids' menu as my daughter wasn't able to finish the adult portion. Now, to the best part, the food was amazing, everything was hot and so, so tasty, I can't wait to go back and try something else. The beef and chicken burgers were well seasoned and not dry. My chicken chunks were spicy, and omg so tasty. It's not something I would normally comment on, but it needs a mention. The rest room was spotless, the stalls were roomy, and there was a hook and a ledge for your coat and bag. Sorry, just had to add that in. I can't wait to go back again and would highly recommend it."

"This our second time to dine here within a week and I have to say food is excellent. You certainly won't go hungry as dishes are very large portions. All dishes were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff are very efficient and very friendly. Thanks to all chefs in the kitchen for wonderful meals. Do try this place you won't be disappointed."

"Nice atmosphere. Fish and chips very greasy. Fish was fresh but I think it was double fried which was disappointing. Batter was rock hard. Felt more like an ok chipper level than a nice restaurant. Wanted to like it more… Curious to me why there is only 16 reviews on Google. Long standing restaurant. I believe it’s due to review churn which again is disappointing. Could the owners please respond?"

"The place was warm, cosy & inviting. The food was delicious & piping hot. The service was very good & what we particularly liked was that it was the same lad who took our initial order who took our dessert order. Our only fault would be that the person who seated us didnt give us menus as we sat. We had to eventually ask a passing staff member for menus. Will be back"
