"The place seemed to be run by the kind and helpful younger staff, who were all rushed around the place. Management seemed to be sitting at a table being served food, by the employees? Not very professional. What was worse, the manager seemed to have his two small kids with him running around freely, and felt the need to very publicly discipline his children when they were bold. Later recall being In the main hall and the owner getting very rude and shouting, while paying customers were a few feet away. If this is the treatment his kids and the staff get publicly, I would not like to see what happens behind the scenes. Save to say, we will not be back and I’d encourage the staff the same."
"This is a true treasure. It still has life and enriches all who visit. The staff is impeccable, and the attention they share is authentic. Must be such a pleasure to work in a magical place. We will visit again soon."
"My wife and I recently had our wedding at the castle. Our stay was amazing! The front of house staff was extremely tentative, helpful and courteous! The kitchen, bar and wait staff made the experience even better as I like to eat! All-around GREAT experience with amazing people! I would recommend a stay here to anyone."
"Had my son's wedding there on Thursday 27/10/2022 an absolute delightful venue. It was perfect from start to finish with a wonderful sense of we are here for ye but without interfering in our fun. All staff were excellent and the wedding coordinator Eva was absolutely wonderful and so kind and helpful. The venue was beautiful and so well cared for and run and so much to take in and some guests took a guided history tour which they found to be very interesting and also added another lovely dimension to the day.The catering was excellent and the food was sumptuous and well presented and hot.It was a venue that I would highly recommend for any occasion but if you are looking for something unique and quaint Belleek castle is your venue. The feedback from guests was excellent they absolutely enjoyed it to the full. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained and well worth a walk about or a stroll. We will be back in the future for a visit and a meal in Jack Fenns restaurant which was excellent. Well worth a visit and a stay and book if you have an occasion coming up . Excellent value for your buck. Cant stop smiling since we left with the wonderful memories we have made there. Thank you so much."
